Your product overview

All your packages are listed in My WebOké under My Products in the menu on the left. This includes your web hosting, an email package, Nextcloud or the AI Builder. Domain names are listed separately under My Domains, see Your domain summary.

What do you see here?

1. At the top you'll find a tab bar (1) with everything related to your packages: Summary, Website Manager, My Website Builders, Domains per package, Email migration and WebOke Backups. This bar also appears on every product page, so you can switch quickly.
2. For each product, you'll see the package name with the domain name underneath (2), the server it runs on and the status, for example Active.
3. With the DirectAdmin button (3), you can log in to that package's control panel with a single click. Read more about this in Go to DirectAdmin.
4. With Admin (4), or by clicking on the name, you open the product page. There, you manage everything for that specific package, see The product page for your hosting package.
5. With + Order product (5), you go to the website to order something new. Read more about ordering extra products in Ordering something extra when you're already a customer.

Searching and old products

If you have a lot of packages, use the Search a product search field above the list. You can search by package name or domain name.

We hide terminated and cancelled products by default. If you have any, the number of them appears below the list, with a Show all link to view them anyway.

Tip: do you have an email package with a red mark next to it? Then something's not quite right in the DNS settings for your mail. Open the package and check the Set up email card, see The Set up email card (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
