Which browsers, apps and devices work?
Your WebOké Nextcloud works on almost any device. You don't need to install anything in the browser. For your computer and phone, there are free apps that automatically keep your files, calendar and contacts up to date.
Browsers
Use the latest version of one of these browsers:

Tip: Does a button not do anything, or does a screen look odd? First update your browser and refresh the page. If that doesn't help, try a private window. If it works there, a browser extension (such as an ad blocker) is getting in the way.

Apps from others
Your Nextcloud also works together with many programs that use open standards, such as Thunderbird, the calendar and contacts on your Mac, and Outlook with an extra connector. Such programs almost always need an app password, because your WebOké Nextcloud works with an extra login code. You can read how that works in App passwords: when and how to use them.
Please note: Only use apps from the official App store, Google Play or www.weboke.nl/download. An unknown app that asks for your Nextcloud password could send your data to others.
