Can I also do this in My WebOké? Domains per package and Forwarders
Some of what you read in this chapter can also be arranged in My WebOké. Sometimes that's even more convenient, as My WebOké immediately sets up our administration and the DNS correctly too.
Domains per package
In My WebOké, under My Products and then Domains per package, you can see which domains are in which hosting package. At the top, you choose between Show hosting (domains per package) and Show domains (package per domain).
Here you can:
- see per package how many domains are in it and how many are allowed (1);
- use Add domain (2) to link a domain you have with us to the package. We then set it up correctly in DirectAdmin straight away;
- move a domain to a different package, or remove it from a package so that it's just a domain registration. Please note: this will delete the website, email and settings for that domain in DirectAdmin.
If you've reached the maximum number of domains for a package, you can increase it via the package's admin page: My Products, Admin, and then Configurable options (see Adding an extra domain). If you remove a domain from a package and don't replace it with a new one, lower the number of domains there too. Otherwise you'll keep paying for it.
Forwarders
Under My Domains and then Forwarders, you arrange email and domain forwarding for domains without a hosting package, in other words domains you've only registered with us. You don't need DirectAdmin for that.
If you select a domain there that is in a hosting package, you'll see the message This domain is in a hosting package. You arrange forwarding for such a domain in the DirectAdmin of that package: email forwarding under Forwarders (see Forwarders: forwarding mail to another address) and forwarding a website or page under Site Redirects (see Site Redirects: forwarding a domain or page). The Open DirectAdmin button takes you straight there.
